Lead complex meat and poultry product development from concept to commercialization: formulate and optimize products, run benchtop/pilot/plant trials, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, collaborate cross-functionally, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement and technical problem solving.

Monitor and enforce food safety and quality procedures in meat processing. Verify HACCP and GMP programs, perform USDA/FSIS and microbial sampling, verify supplier and packaging specifications, complete records, report non-conformances, and support FSQA leadership including overtime and weekend work.
