Designs robotic solutions with sales and customers, owns field installations including programming and validation, creates technical enablement materials, collaborates with engineering on product integrations, and develops marketing collateral. The role requires hands-on knowledge of electrical, software, and mechanical systems, industrial automation or manufacturing environments, production operations, safety standards, and customer-facing technical communication.

Own end-to-end robotic integration projects, including site surveys, cell design, robot and PLC programming, safety commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer handoff. Integrate robots with peripheral equipment, industrial networks, vision systems, MES, and ERP platforms. Provide customer training and post-deployment support while identifying reusable designs, code libraries, and process improvements.

Develop and optimize advanced AI models, training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and debugging systems for robotics applications. Lead rapid experimentation, model architecture development, fine-tuning, performance optimization, and interpretability efforts. Collaborate with engineering teams on training infrastructure and deployment. The role emphasizes ML planning for autonomous vehicles, diffusion and autoregressive models, reinforcement learning, and translating research into production systems.
