Partners with Production, Hardware, Sales, and Finance to maintain build schedules, inventory, cost targets, and lead times. Requires electronic component purchasing experience, BOM and engineering drawing interpretation, international logistics knowledge, ERP proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of industrial hardware products from concept through manufacturing ramp, launch, and field stabilization. Lead integrated programs across hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market teams. Manage schedules, risks, budgets, executive reviews, manufacturing readiness milestones, beta programs, and post-launch corrective actions while ensuring quality and delivery without direct authority.
