Establishes and monitors end-to-end control frameworks, tracks key risk indicators, identifies and remediates operational risks, analyzes trends through dashboards, and influences stakeholders to strengthen controls and minimize non-financial risk and operational losses.

Manage relationship and sales activities for the Northern ecosystem, contributing to revenue growth through existing and new-to-bank customers, assets, and liabilities.
