Manage finance support for assigned states and national teams, including variance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and process improvement. Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting project management using Adaptive. Oversee revenue accounting, reconciliations, revenue recognition, month-end and year-end close activities, audit support, and non-payroll tax and business filings. Serve as a financial thought partner and primary finance contact for internal teams.
