Lead product for AI-native finance and ERP workflows: identify high-value opportunities, define workflow logic, automation vs. human handoffs, test with customers, and drive from problem discovery to business impact while collaborating with engineering, design, data, and marketing.

Lead user research and persona development for B2B finance workflows; partner with Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to validate problems, surface UX risks, build persona libraries, and operationalize AI-powered UX evaluation. Coach teams, influence product judgment, and produce prototypes when needed to improve solutions and growth experiments.
