Leads end-to-end AI and machine learning initiatives for a SaaS platform, including data exploration, modeling, LLM agent development, evaluation, production deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions, identifies product and operational opportunities, and mentors junior data scientists. The role emphasizes production-grade Python engineering, cloud services, retrieval-augmented generation, document AI, and measurable model quality.

Lead a team of 5–6 full-stack developers building core SaaS applications with AI-driven features. Make hands-on backend and frontend architecture decisions, write and review code, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, remove blockers, and improve development processes. The role requires Java, AWS, React or Angular, JavaScript, cloud systems, NoSQL/DynamoDB, and AI-assisted development experience. It is a hybrid position based in Tel Aviv.

Leads Stampli’s AI-native engineering transformation by building teams, coding-agent capabilities, agentic development workflows, AI-ready CI/CD requirements, isolated environments, governance, and measurable adoption programs. Owns initiatives from experimentation through organizational scale, reshaping the software development lifecycle and team structures. Partners with R&D, DevOps, and Security to establish responsible, scalable AI development practices and drive technology vision, innovation, productivity, and business impact.
