Provide Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint finance consulting, implementations, training, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance for AEC clients. Manage project records, budgets, billing, collections, deliverables, and client satisfaction while identifying expansion opportunities. Support marketing and sales activities, mentor consultants, and ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. The role requires extensive Deltek and accounting experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of financial operations, reporting, revenue recognition, and related project systems.

Provides outsourced accounting services for AEC clients, including month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, discrepancy resolution, and GAAP compliance. Manages client engagements, supports onboarding, builds client relationships, identifies business development opportunities, and mentors junior accounting staff. The role requires independent project management, strong analytical skills, accurate reporting, and effective communication in a fully remote environment.

Provides outsourced full-cycle accounting services for architecture, engineering, and construction clients, including transactional accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, project billing, and reporting. The role manages client relationships, resolves accounting discrepancies, supports onboarding, improves processes, and guides teammates while independently managing client projects in a remote environment.
