As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will build talent pipelines, engage candidates, and optimize sourcing strategies using AI tools, enhancing the hiring process.

Manage a growing portfolio of SMSF clients, deliver financial statements, tax returns and compliance obligations, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, improve processes, and support scaling of Stake Super services while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and excellent customer outcomes.

Own entity-level accounting for Stake Super including month-end close, statutory financial statements, audit management, regulatory reporting, revenue recognition policy, client-money controls, reconciliations, and automation of finance processes.
