Own Stake’s lifecycle strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement. Use customer behavior, data, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to build relevant customer journeys and improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, AI, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Data teams to identify opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve customer experiences.

Lead Stake’s AML/CTF compliance program across Australia and New Zealand as the appointed AML/CTF Compliance Officer. Responsibilities include managing regulatory change, strengthening financial crime controls, advising on new products and markets, partnering with Product, Technology and Operations, improving compliance through automation and AI, engaging regulators and executives, and developing a high-performing financial crime function.

Manage a portfolio of self-managed superannuation fund customers, preparing financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory lodgements. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery while supporting audits and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with customer success, operations, and accounting teams to improve processes, workflows, scalability, and customer experience. Provide expertise on SMSF products and Australian accounting, tax, and superannuation requirements.
