Own end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles, initially supporting Operations and Customer Success. Build sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, structured interviews, scorecards, and efficient candidate experiences. Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent adviser, use recruitment data to improve decisions and processes, and apply AI and automation thoughtfully. The role also contributes to talent communities, employer branding, hiring-manager capability, and scalable talent practices.

Produce, shoot, edit, design, and publish social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Own content projects from concept through publication, pitch creative ideas, help shape social strategy, maintain a consistent posting rhythm, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to create engaging, accurate content for a regulated investing platform.

Owns compliance and risk learning experiences, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging training. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining an LMS, migrating content and learner records, managing mandatory training reporting, creating targeted programs and assessments, improving engagement through gamification, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Operations and People teams, and using data and AI to improve learning effectiveness.
