Lead and execute company-wide safety strategy for industrial field operations. Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA), manage risk assessments, incident investigations, KPIs, safety programs, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and travel to sites. Drive safety culture, training, and continuous improvement while partnering with executive leadership.

Provide FP&A support for the utility locating business: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, reporting, and cross-functional partnership to drive profitability, compliance, and operational insights.

Lead and oversee regional field operations for utility locating across multiple states. Ensure managers follow company and CGA guidelines, manage ticket flow and supplies, train and support field teams, handle escalations, attend customer and field meetings, and report issues to the Director. Requires extensive travel and physical fieldwork.

Perform professional utility locating in the field using specialized locating devices and company vehicles; clear locate tickets; work independently solving site problems; follow safety procedures; support customers and collaborate with the locating team.

Support full-cycle recruiting for field technician roles: post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and track recruiting metrics.

Support the sales process through lead tracking, client communications, Salesforce data entry and reporting, social media content creation/scheduling, and assisting the business development team with promotional strategies while learning basic sales functions.

Perform field audits of completed utility locates to verify accuracy, compliance with company and state one-call laws, inspect documentation, document deficiencies, coach technicians, track trends, and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure corrective actions and safety standards are met.

Manage in-house auto damage claims: collect incident reports, photos, estimates, police reports; coordinate repairs and rentals; pursue subrogation; assign total-loss claims to carriers. Cross-trained to support workers' compensation claims handling, securing injury reports, payroll loss wage info, medical records, work restrictions, and coordinating accommodations.

Support HR team with onboarding, uploading employee documents, entering ADP notes for absences, processing electronic warning PAFs, handling unemployment claims and employment verifications, attending HR activities/meetings, and completing assigned projects.
