Teams at On The Stage

The role involves closing new business, conducting consultative meetings, and driving revenue for On The Stage's SaaS platform by managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Owner of GTM pipeline and expansion outcomes: design growth architecture, build automation and AI-driven signal workflows across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and CS, run rapid experiments, integrate and evolve the GTM tech stack, and measure/optimize attribution, conversion, and revenue expansion.

Own and maintain the GTM tech stack: map systems, ensure integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.) and data fidelity, audit workflows, build automation and dashboards, define KPIs, and drive a tech roadmap that reduces friction and improves GTM team productivity. Partner cross-functionally and report to SVP of CS & Business Operations.
