Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations for the firm: oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgets, internal controls, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Advise firm leadership, partner with external CPA, and implement process improvements to meet financial goals.

Provide clerical and administrative support for the Madison office including operating office equipment, assisting with document and file projects, backing up reception, mail runs, trial-prep assistance, and maintaining conference rooms, supply areas, and kitchens while observing client confidentiality.
