Assists trial attorneys with litigation investigations, discovery, legal research, pleadings, deadline calendars, exhibits, deposition preparation and summaries, and trial support. Maintains client and attorney communications while handling confidential information and multiple matters. Requires at least three years of litigation paralegal experience, trial experience, strong organization, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic legal resources. The full-time role is based in Madison with potential for a hybrid schedule.

Provide clerical and administrative support across departments: operate office equipment, assist with document and trial prep, maintain conference rooms and supplies, back up reception, perform mail runs and file projects, and uphold client confidentiality.
