Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, including data models, integrations, security, scalability, and platform standards. Guide implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM; lead technical design reviews and governance; oversee REST/SOAP, MID Server, and SSO/LDAP integrations; mentor developers and consultants; and translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions.

Designs, deploys, and manages Google Cloud infrastructure while integrating GCP with Teradata data warehouse systems. Builds Terraform infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, monitors cloud performance, costs, and security compliance, troubleshoots infrastructure and data pipeline issues, and supports cloud modernization initiatives with data engineering and platform teams.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET, Angular, and SQL Server. Build backend and frontend functionality, create database components, troubleshoot defects, deliver new features, and manage work through Azure DevOps.
