Analyzes business and system needs, evaluates solutions, writes functional and technical specifications, documents processes, supports development and testing, coordinates deployments, resolves application issues, and maintains systems after implementation. Requires extensive systems analysis experience and deep Azure DevOps expertise, with strong knowledge of software development, databases, programming concepts, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation.

Build and maintain Azure infrastructure as code using Terraform or Bicep. Develop CI/CD pipelines, reusable modules, governance standards, networking, identity, RBAC, and Key Vault configurations. Enforce Azure Policy, remediate configuration drift, document infrastructure, and collaborate with the client’s internal team. This is a fully remote, part-time contract requiring approximately 25 hours weekly during Eastern business hours.

Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, including data models, integrations, security, scalability, and platform standards. Guide implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM; lead technical design reviews and governance; oversee REST/SOAP, MID Server, and SSO/LDAP integrations; mentor developers and consultants; and translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions.
