Serve as functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management: gather requirements, design solutions, configure business processes, support testing/validation, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Lead enhancement, integration, and support for IBM InfoSphere MDM and Kafka-based integrations. Develop specs, troubleshoot production, manage deployments (WildFly), automate scripts, run SQL, support CI/CD, collaborate with DBAs and infra teams, and deliver testing, UAT, and monthly application reporting.

Lead and oversee enterprise testing efforts for Oracle Fusion programs, focusing on test strategy, execution, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.
