Teams at Staffbase

Qualify inbound leads, execute outbound campaigns, apply consultative sales methods, set qualified appointments, and build pipeline with sales and marketing teams. The role includes learning the SaaS product, providing introductory presentations, improving prospecting processes, and delivering feedback to sales management. Strong German and English skills are required, while French is advantageous.

Manage enterprise customer relationships, develop success plans, lead business reviews, guide onboarding and platform adoption, mitigate risks, support renewals and expansion, and advocate for customer needs. Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to drive customer outcomes and engagement across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
