Teams at Staffbase

Lead enterprise Staffbase implementations from onboarding through adoption and growth. Manage project plans, resources, risks, communication, deployment, change management, training, and customer adoption. Translate customer requirements into platform best practices, troubleshoot implementation issues, support Statements of Work, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to expand platform usage. Serve as the customer advocate while developing strong product and application expertise.

Build the infrastructure powering Staffbase’s plugin platform, including reusable React components, integrations with third-party and enterprise systems, extension points, and cross-integration authentication. Develop secure, multi-tenant backend services and ship plugins using the platform. The role emphasizes API integration, data isolation, flexible platform design, and AI-generated application experiences.

Develop and improve RESTful backend services, integrate LLMs, and contribute to web clients within a cross-functional Scrum team. Write tested, maintainable code, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and own features through deployment. Improve CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, use AI coding tools responsibly, and collaborate with peers while maintaining high quality and continuous learning.
