Own customer integration and technical queries from acknowledgement through resolution. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, troubleshoot APIs and product issues, identify root causes or workarounds, coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience, test fixes, document solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical customers. The role requires strong technical understanding, analytical problem-solving, customer communication, and end-to-end ownership in a remote SaaS environment.

Design, build, and operate secure, highly available AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD. Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, incident response, security, and cost optimization for high-traffic systems.

Manage full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (100+ employees) using inbound and outbound leads. Run discovery calls and demos, qualify opportunities, forecast in HubSpot, collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams, and consistently achieve quota.
