Lead a backend engineering team owning the creative pipeline for high-throughput, low-latency adtech services. Drive roadmap execution, run agile rituals, mentor engineers, participate in architecture and code reviews, handle incidents and on-call, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and support hiring and onboarding.

Manage post-sales client relationships for programmatic campaigns using the StackAdapt DSP. Design, set up, optimize, and report on RTB campaigns, troubleshoot tags/pixels, drive retention and upsells, and provide strategic advisory and training. Travel up to 20%.

Own the vision and roadmap for StackAdapt’s Attribution stack, including click-through, view-through, CTV, ABM, and other attribution models. Partner with major clients and cross-functional teams to define needs, align stakeholders, create product specifications, and guide engineering, design, and QA delivery. Translate complex data and identity-resolution constraints into product decisions, use experiments and analytics to drive iteration, and develop measurement products that increase customer engagement.
