Design and develop a high-performance, multi-tenant ML training platform for autonomous vehicle systems. Responsibilities include building orchestration, control plane, observability, data and model pipelines, performance optimization, profiling tools, and scalable infrastructure. The role provides technical direction, collaborates across ML, infrastructure, autonomy, and safety teams, and promotes engineering excellence and reusable tooling for machine learning engineers.

Lead and scale Data Operations across mapping, labeling, triage, and future operational teams supporting autonomous driving system development. Manage internal teams and global vendors, define data standards and workflows, oversee contracts and budgets, improve quality and throughput, and partner with engineering and product teams to develop automation and tooling. Use analytics and organizational metrics to drive continuous operational improvement.

Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance infrastructure for autonomous vehicle software, including logging frameworks, robotics middleware, operating-system components, software deployment systems, and sensor interfaces. Improve system performance, reliability, usability, and safety in resource-constrained environments. Collaborate with autonomy, cloud, and safety teams while applying robust testing, code review, concurrency, and systems programming practices.
