Manage and deepen client relationships through targeted engagement programs, gifting, and events. Coordinate logistics, vendors, and budgets; analyze engagement metrics to inform account growth and strategic outreach alongside cross-functional teams.

Lead new business and enterprise account growth by managing complex 3–18 month sales cycles, building executive relationships, negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, and expanding accounts. Create strategic sales plans, maintain disciplined pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and travel periodically for client meetings.

The Principal Software Engineer will design solutions, influence roadmaps, mentor teams, drive cloud strategy, and deliver innovative projects across diverse tech stacks.
