Leads the Finance organization, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, profitability analysis, cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and finance process automation. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, supports CFO activities such as board reporting and fundraising, and develops the Finance team and scalable processes during company growth.

Manage daily office operations, facilities coordination, meeting rooms, supplies, deliveries, visitors, workplace conduct, employee office requests, events, travel support, and company cars. Coordinate landlords, building management, cleaners, and service providers; maintain office documentation, ticket systems, lists, and workflows. Provide practical, service-oriented support to employees and guests while keeping the workplace organized, functional, and welcoming.

Leads technical sourcing and supplier development for BESS hardware commodities, including electronics, wire harnesses, sheet metal, machined parts, thermal systems, and electromechanical assemblies. Drives DFM, DFA, value engineering, target costing, RFQs, supplier qualification, NPI, industrialization, and corrective actions. Partners with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to improve cost, manufacturability, quality, scalability, and delivery performance across a global supplier network.
