Owns full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and AI research roles, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offers, and closing. Partners with technical and executive leaders to define requirements, build hiring strategies, advise on talent markets, and deliver strong candidate experiences. Maintains pipelines, recruiting data, and metrics in Greenhouse while improving recruiting processes and programs.

Build and deploy generative AI solutions for creative enterprise workflows across image, video, 3D, vector graphics, and design. Partner with customers to identify opportunities, prototype integrations, adapt multimodal models, integrate AI into production systems, diagnose technical issues, evaluate solution quality, and develop reusable deployment patterns. Collaborate with research, product, engineering, and design teams to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

Provide global IT support across hardware, software, identity, networking, cloud applications, onboarding, device provisioning, access management, endpoint administration, and asset tracking. Administer workplace systems including Okta, Google Workspace, and Kandji or Jamf. Troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments, maintain documentation and inventories, support security and compliance activities, and build automations to improve IT workflows and employee experience.
