Pilots must maintain FAA qualifications, meet substantial flight-hour requirements, hold a Hawker 800 type rating, and live within 1.5 hours of KSNA. Builds a pool of current, Citation X-typed contract pilots for approval in STAJets’ system. Applicants must maintain 12-month type currency, hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with multi-engine land privileges, and possess a current FAA First Class medical. Required experience includes 1,500–3,500 total pilot hours, 1,500 multi-engine PIC hours, 2,500 multi-engine hours, 100 PIC hours in type, and 2,000 turbine hours. SIC applicants must hold a current SIC type rating.

Serve as Second in Command on Citation X aircraft, prioritizing flight safety, passenger service, company brand representation, teamwork, and schedule flexibility.
