Teams at St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore

Provide outreach, recruitment, and enrollment coordination for Camp St. Vincent, maintaining at least 175 campers. Conduct outreach to schools and shelters, build partner relationships, manage referrals/applications, verify eligibility, coordinate transportation and orientations, maintain records and reports, and provide administrative support throughout the camp season.

Provide case management to families in a homeless shelter: create and monitor individualized service plans focused on housing stability, coordinate community service linkages, perform assessments, document case notes, provide life-skills support, and develop transitional plans prior to discharge.

Plan, implement, and assess Head Start education across assigned sites. Supervise, train, evaluate, and support classroom teachers and assistants. Conduct observations, review data, coordinate special-needs referrals, manage supplies, support parent engagement, ensure reporting compliance, and assist the Director of Education with program development and professional development planning.
