Provides 24-hour awake shelter coverage and supports guests’ safety, comfort, and daily needs. Duties include crisis intervention, resource navigation, transportation coordination, conflict mediation, meal distribution, attendance tracking, housekeeping, maintenance checks, emergency response, volunteer coordination, and incident reporting. The role maintains a welcoming, sanitary, and respectful shelter environment while supporting residents’ stability and self-sufficiency.

Provide 24-hour awake coverage and manage day-to-day shelter operations, ensuring guest safety, comfort, and dignity. Perform crisis intervention, supervise volunteers and guests, coordinate meals, housekeeping, maintenance supplies, record-keeping, incident reports, and support resident activities while collaborating with case managers to help guests transition to stability.

Provide 24-hour awake coverage and manage day-to-day shelter operations. Ensure guest safety, supervise volunteers and children, perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks, assist clients with daily living needs, crisis intervention, recordkeeping, conflict mediation, and support events and resource coordination to promote guest stability.
