Supports daily IT operations, including workstation, software, hardware, database, telephone, CATV, and security technology administration. Troubleshoots technical issues, installs and upgrades systems, performs backups, protects confidential data, assists with employee training, prepares reports, and recommends equipment or software improvements. The role also provides technical support to internal departments and participates in quality improvement activities.

Performs accounting operations including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset and prepaid expense tracking, accounts receivable billing, cash management, tax remittances, financial reporting, and audit and budget preparation. Maintains accurate records, supports internal controls, trains junior accounting staff, and prepares Excel-based financial reports. Requires strong organization, accounting software expertise, ethical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Manages biweekly payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees, including wages, deductions, benefits, taxes, records, and compliance. Coordinates grant payroll allocations, maintains payroll systems and employee data, supports audits and reporting, and collaborates with HR, finance, program managers, and payroll vendors. Provides employee support, trains staff on payroll procedures, administers benefits deductions, and recommends process improvements while maintaining payroll confidentiality.
