Lead day-to-day facilities, IT, and administrative operations for a school and community center. Manage maintenance, vendor contracts, capital projects, technology infrastructure, helpdesk, cybersecurity, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable, and mission-aligned operations.

Leads and directs HR and risk management programs, including recruitment, classification, compensation, employee relations, benefits, workers' compensation, loss prevention, insurance, safety, and compliance. Advises department heads, manages position classification and pay plans, evaluates insurance and self-insurance options, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and local laws.

Lead development and execution of marketing, communications, and PR strategies for the organization. Oversee media relations, branding, digital and print content, crisis communications, analytics, and a communications team while advising leadership to enhance public perception and engagement.
