Manages St. Philip’s annual giving pipeline for donors below the major-gift threshold, including acquisition, renewal, stewardship, acknowledgment, retention, and lapsed-donor recovery. Writes personalized, mission-driven appeals; builds donor recognition and stewardship programs; develops faith-community and foundation relationships; coordinates with major gifts and grants teams; and tracks annual fund performance, retention, engagement, and stewardship metrics.
