Manages the Accounting Services department, including month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, audits, tax reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, endowments, investments, and grant compliance. Supports budgeting and forecasting, strengthens internal controls, and provides financial analysis. Supervises, recruits, trains, and evaluates accounting staff while collaborating with internal departments, auditors, and external partners.
