Teach undergraduate mathematics content and teaching methods courses for K-9 and 4-12 licensure areas. Supervise teacher candidates during clinical field experiences, advise students, provide service, and contribute to teacher education through clinically grounded, equitable, learner-centered pedagogy. Teach introductory and upper-level U.S. history courses, participate in the liberal arts Core Curriculum, contribute to the college’s Catholic and Norbertine mission, and engage in scholarship and service. Manages the Accounting Services department, including month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, audits, tax reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, endowments, investments, and grant compliance. Supports budgeting and forecasting, strengthens internal controls, and provides financial analysis. Supervises, recruits, trains, and evaluates accounting staff while collaborating with internal departments, auditors, and external partners.

Process and audit non-payroll payments in Workday, maintain supplier records, resolve payment issues, research account activity, prepare audit work papers, complete 1099 tax reporting, assist with unclaimed property reporting, and provide backup accounting support.

Manage campus payroll processing and reporting, ensure accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits. Maintain Workday payroll configuration and integrations, troubleshoot payroll issues, conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, respond to payroll inquiries, and improve payroll processes in collaboration with HR and campus partners.
