Lead strategic design, alignment, and implementation of K–12 curriculum; coach faculty; conduct classroom observations and demo lessons; oversee curriculum mapping software; identify gaps and propose implementation plans; use assessment data to inform curricular decisions; support professional development and teach an elective as needed.

Provide supervision, mentorship, and enrichment for 10–20 students during aftercare and camp programs. Lead games, homework/read time, snacks, and behavior management (Conscious Discipline). Maintain safety, cleanliness, check students/technology in/out, report incidents, and support social-emotional needs. Work weekdays 2:30–6:00 PM with occasional camp hours.
