Coordinate all aspects of oncology clinical trials: recruit, screen, enroll and follow subjects; perform study procedures; maintain regulatory and source documentation; manage data entry and adverse event reporting; handle investigational drugs and specimen shipping; educate patients and staff; travel to clinics and protocol meetings.

Lead quality, clinical risk management, and patient safety for assigned entity. Investigate adverse events, manage complaints/grievances, coordinate regulatory compliance and licensure surveys, oversee infection prevention, drive performance improvement (PDCA/RCA), provide education and data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve patient safety and outcomes.

The Associate Director of Clinical Services (RN) leads clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, mentoring staff, and driving process improvements within the Access Center.
