Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff; answer and route calls; enforce visitor sign-in; maintain confidentiality (HIPAA); perform clerical tasks; notify staff of emergencies; take admission photos and enter them into the electronic medical record.

Coordinate administrative and clinical nursing activities during the evening shift. Supervise nursing staff, manage resident care and emergencies, ensure physician orders and care plans are followed, complete documentation, perform rounds, assist with training and performance evaluations, and enforce facility policies.

Provide direct resident care on a nursing unit: administer medications and treatments, perform skilled nursing tasks (wound, catheter, tube feedings), supervise CNAs, monitor and document resident status in the EHR, assist in emergencies, and follow regulatory and facility policies.
