The Director of Production oversees event production at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, leading the stage crew, managing logistical details, and ensuring quality production standards for all performances and events.

Manage accounting for gifts, endowments, and related schedules; reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank activity; review cash receipts and voucher checks; prepare audit schedules; process billings and ticketing entries; back up the controller and oversee daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and budget alignment.

Lead strategy and execution to secure and grow corporate, foundation, and public support exceeding $3M annually. Oversee corporate sponsorship and foundation programs, manage two direct reports, coordinate with events/marketing/sales teams, steward sponsors, track budget and ROI, and support fundraising events and solicitation plans.

The Chief Artistic Programming Officer shapes the artistic portfolio of the SLSO, leading strategic initiatives, overseeing programming, and cultivating relationships within the orchestral industry to elevate the organization’s profile and sustain its artistic integrity.
