Processes payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for employees, musicians, artists, contractors, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities include payroll reconciliations, tax and 1099 reporting, invoice and payment processing, account reconciliations, employee and vendor support, documentation, system implementation, internal controls, and continuous process improvement.

Manages orchestra and venue calendars, rehearsal and concert logistics, touring, residencies, run-out concerts, electronic media projects, special events, and collaborations. Ensures compliance with collective bargaining agreements, coordinates labor and space utilization, supports budgeting, administers ArtsVision, and provides operational support to multiple ensembles. Requires strong orchestral knowledge, project management, scheduling, communication, organization, and flexibility for irregular hours.
