Provides trauma-informed, healing-centered case management for workforce development participants, including justice-involved adults, people experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, and transitional-age youth. Conducts assessments, creates service plans, provides advocacy and referrals, coordinates crisis response, facilitates multidisciplinary case conferences, maintains participant records, and ensures documentation and confidentiality compliance.

Provides case management to individuals and families transitioning from homelessness into permanent housing. Responsibilities include housing eligibility applications, home visits, individualized service planning, community referrals, advocacy, independent living skills support, medication and treatment coordination, documentation in HMIS and CHAMP, landlord collaboration, and client crisis response. The role uses harm reduction, motivational interviewing, Housing First, and strength-based practices while maintaining a caseload and supporting housing retention.

Provides temporary hands-on support across People and Culture operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS transactions, employee records, reporting, compliance tracking, inbox management, employee inquiries, and learning and development administration. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid Los Angeles-area environment.
