Administer and support enterprise applications (Blackbaud, Canvas, Google Workspace, Zoom) and manage Apple endpoints via Jamf Pro. Configure integrations, automate workflows, maintain identity/MFA/SSO, monitor system health, provide Tier II/III support, coordinate vendors/MSP, and participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call duties.
