Coordinate and evaluate therapeutic, recreational, creative, and complementary programs for palliative care patients, carers, and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians, caregivers, community services, and external providers to support holistic care. Provide individual follow-up, monitor wellbeing, mentor volunteers and students, coordinate events, and promote support services and community engagement. The role is a fixed-term, part-time position working 20 hours weekly.

Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods to hospital departments. Operate forklifts, pallet movers, and delivery vehicles; maintain inventory accuracy, FIFO stock rotation, expiry monitoring, and system transactions. Replenish ward stock, perform manual handling, and deliver supplies across the hospital campus while following infection control, safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Coordinates approved clinical trials, including participant eligibility, informed consent, safety monitoring, specimen handling, monitoring visits, documentation, and clinical data collection and verification. Collaborates with clinicians, researchers, sponsors, and healthcare professionals to ensure protocol, ethical, regulatory, privacy, and Good Clinical Practice compliance while supporting safe participant care and high-quality research outcomes.
