Provides high-level administrative and office management support to a hospital Engineering Department. Responsibilities include document preparation, meeting coordination, invoice coding, purchase orders, work orders, asset decommissioning, contractor and supplier onboarding, electronic records management, access-key issuance, supply ordering, and customer inquiries. The role requires discretion, strong communication and customer service skills, advanced Microsoft Office capability, and the ability to learn engineering management systems.

Leads business growth initiatives for a private hospital by attracting, recruiting, retaining and onboarding medical specialists. Builds relationships with specialists, GPs, hospital leaders and professional stakeholders; develops referral networks; leads GP engagement and education programs; identifies growth opportunities; and oversees business development coordination and communications in partnership with marketing.

Provides clinical education, mentoring, coaching, and professional development for Endoscopy Unit caregivers. Identifies learning needs, facilitates training using adult learning principles, evaluates program outcomes, supports student supervision, and collaborates with managers and healthcare professionals to promote high-quality patient care. Requires current Australian Registered Nurse registration, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and healthcare education experience; Endoscopy experience and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are highly regarded.
