Manage accounts payable and receivable (tuition billing via FACTS and Active Network), process semi-monthly payroll and reimbursements, reconcile GL and bank accounts, support audits, maintain financial records, assist benefits and HR-related payroll tasks, and improve accounting systems and workflows while communicating with families, staff, and vendors.

Leads comprehensive enrollment management for Nursery through eighth grade, including admissions, recruitment, retention, re-enrollment, financial aid, forecasting, marketing collaboration and net tuition strategy. Supervises the enrollment team, chairs the Admission Committee, analyzes funnel and retention data, manages enrollment systems and budgets, supports families, and reports enrollment insights to school leadership and the Board of Trustees.
