Supervises clinical laboratory operations across Prineville and Madras sites, ensuring accurate testing, regulatory compliance, quality, staffing, equipment readiness, and efficient workflows. Leads laboratory personnel through hiring, coaching, competency assessments, and performance management. Provides technical oversight, performs testing as needed, validates instruments and methodologies, manages resources, supports inspections, and leads Lean or Six Sigma improvement initiatives. Collaborates with providers, nursing, leadership, and other departments to promote safe, reliable, patient-centered laboratory services.

Administers employee benefit programs through Workday, processes enrollments and life events, reconciles payroll and vendor data, supports compliance and reporting, coordinates wellness and employee engagement programs, and responds to employee benefits inquiries. The role collaborates with vendors, payroll, and HR stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. It also participates in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and organizational events.

Supports laboratory revenue cycle operations by reviewing and correcting charges, managing billing work queues, reconciling reference laboratory invoices, preparing outreach client invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and conducting audits. The role collaborates with laboratory, revenue cycle, patient financial services, and external laboratory teams while maintaining compliance, improving workflows, and supporting accurate charge capture and billing.
