Manages user identity lifecycles, including account provisioning, maintenance, deprovisioning, access workflows, and role-based permissions. Provides tier 2 customer support, troubleshoots access issues, maintains data security and integrity, and collaborates with application teams and business units on access processes. Supports IAM tools, projects, documentation, service-level requirements, and after-hours on-call coverage.

Recruits clinical and non-clinical talent across multiple healthcare campuses. Builds hiring-manager relationships, develops sourcing and recruitment plans, advises on compensation and interviewing, ensures compliant hiring practices, analyzes recruiting metrics, supports onboarding, develops community and academic partnerships, and represents the health system at career events.

Analyzes financial performance, cost accounting, service line results, budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics. Reconciles and publishes monthly cost accounting results, validates financial data, develops reports and models, identifies efficiency and revenue opportunities, and provides recommendations to leaders. The role also supports long-range planning, financial software optimization, continuous improvement, and communication of complex financial concepts across the healthcare organization.
