Support preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, perform account reconciliations, process accruals and adjusting entries, assist month-end close, support system/process improvements, and provide technical and interdepartmental financial support.

Handle inbound customer and internal telephone inquiries for deposit and loan accounts; perform account maintenance, debit card actions, online/mobile banking support, fraud detection, and written correspondence. Recommend products, generate leads, assist branch staff, use customer service software, train new employees, and occasionally act as shift lead during evenings and weekends.

Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits of bank departments and processes to evaluate internal controls, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operations. Prepare audit programs, execute tests (including computer-assisted techniques), document findings, draft reports for management and the Audit Committee, supervise and develop audit staff, and communicate recommendations for corrective actions.
