Handles customer and internal telephone inquiries related to deposit and loan accounts, account maintenance, debit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and BillPay. Provides product and service information, resolves service issues, detects suspicious activity, identifies sales opportunities, and refers account openings to Personal Bankers. Supports branch operations, reports service concerns, assists with staff training, and may serve as shift lead during evening and weekend hours.

Profiles customers, recommends and opens loan and deposit products, prepares loan applications, performs teller and branch operations, balances cash and ledgers, maintains vault controls, completes follow-up and campaign calls, and refers customers to other banking services. The role requires sales performance, operational accuracy, customer service, SAFE Act mortgage licensing registration, and CARE certification within six months.

Handles inbound customer and internal telephone inquiries for deposit and loan accounts, account maintenance, debit card and online/mobile banking issues. Detects fraud per Financial Intelligence Group standards, provides written correspondence, recommends products, supports branch staff, assists training, and may act as shift lead. Uses customer service software and occasionally makes outbound calls.
