Provides administrative and operational support for treasury management sales, including customer documentation, account maintenance, authentication checks, fraud-risk reduction, workflow assignment, and issue resolution. Coordinates with treasury, deposit operations, wire, and other bank teams; communicates with customers; reviews executed documents; maintains procedures; supports regulatory education and special projects; and resolves documentation deficiencies for deposit accounts and treasury services.

Supports the Board of Directors, General Counsel, Legal Department, and Corporate Secretary through board meeting coordination, governance administration, corporate records maintenance, legal research, document drafting, and legal process tracking. Manages confidential board portal content, assists with minutes, resolutions, compliance activities, subpoenas, document production, contracts, regulatory matters, and director administration. Requires discretion, strong written communication, organization, and independent judgment.

Provides executive assistant and administrative support to banking executives and department directors. Responsibilities include managing communications and mail, scheduling meetings and field visits, arranging travel, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and minutes, tracking training, reconciling corporate card statements and expenses, handling correspondence and gifts, and supporting special projects. Requires strong interpersonal skills, independence, organization, and teamwork.
