Teams at St. Anne's-Belfield School

The Chief Advancement Officer leads the school’s comprehensive fundraising and advancement strategy, including annual giving, major and planned gifts, campaigns, grants, endowment growth, donor stewardship, alumni and family engagement, and advancement events. Reporting to the Head of School, this senior leader oversees the Advancement Office, manages donor portfolios, partners with trustees and school departments, supports strategic planning, and serves as a public ambassador to strengthen the school’s financial sustainability and community relationships.

The Controller leads accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax filings, reconciliations, internal controls, endowment administration, tuition tracking, and business office staff management. The role ensures GAAP compliance, safeguards school assets, supports forecasting and cash management, and collaborates with advancement and enrollment teams on financial data and reporting.

Creates a pool of qualified applicants for coaching positions during the 2026–2027 academic year at St. Anne’s-Belfield School. Coaches support the school’s student body and contribute to a positive, community-focused learning environment.
