Leads SSPI’s fundraising and alumni advancement strategy, targeting $1 million in annual revenue and future growth. Cultivates major donors, corporate and foundation partners, alumni, and board relationships; oversees proposals, solicitations, stewardship, membership growth, CRM systems, budgets, and reporting. Supervises and develops a remote advancement team, partners with the CEO and board, and builds sustainable fundraising infrastructure across individual, institutional, corporate, government, and planned giving.

Manages residential life, logistics, safety, participant wellbeing, campus relationships, transportation, events, budgets, and faculty coordination for a six-week residential science program. The Site Director supervises residential mentors, communicates with families and stakeholders, responds to emergencies, manages schedules and supplies, and supports participants and faculty in an immersive on-campus environment.
