Leads large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering, design, and architectural projects from scope development through execution. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, client relationships, billing, regulatory coordination, document control, and business development. The role oversees project teams, monitors financial and construction progress, supports proposals and negotiations, mentors project managers, and requires travel to client or company locations up to 30% of the time.

Designs and manages mechanical engineering projects for industrial chemical and power utility facilities, including boilers, piping, rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers. Responsibilities include engineering studies, calculations, specifications, pipe stress analysis, construction deliverables, equipment procurement, field support, project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, client meetings, and business development. Travel and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are required.

Supports daily ERP operations, user access, data integrity, reporting, dashboards, troubleshooting, training, testing, documentation, integrations, and data migration. Collaborates with Finance, HR, Project Management, and other departments to improve workflows and system functionality. Requires Deltek Vantagepoint expertise, ERP administration and implementation experience, reporting and dashboard skills, Excel proficiency, and willingness to work evening hours for U.S. team coordination.
