Lead software sales and business development across Canada, working with reseller partners to execute regional strategy, develop client and industry relationships, expand brand presence, and support opportunities through close and follow-up. The role requires technical sales knowledge of SSI, ShipConstructor, Autodesk, and competing products, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365, and regular travel throughout North America.

Develop and maintain features for a legacy AutoCAD-based 3D modeling software platform supporting shipbuilding systems such as HVAC ducting, piping, and equipment. The role requires C# and C++ development, complex object relationship and algorithm design, linear algebra and graph theory, relational databases, and Agile collaboration. Experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server, WPF, MVVM, Git, Azure DevOps, and CAD software is beneficial. The position offers full or partial remote work.

The SSI PLM Configuration Specialist develops and configures client-specific PLM solutions, collaborates with teams, and supports deployment and troubleshooting efforts.

Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-driven backend and systems software for shipbuilding solutions; collaborate with product, platform, and architecture teams to operationalize ML features, troubleshoot issues, document decisions, and recommend tooling improvements.
