Support Engineering PMO with project controls across capital projects: estimating, cost management, scheduling, performance tracking, risk and change management, reporting, and governance. Develop and maintain standards, tools, dashboards, and stage-gate readiness metrics to enable consistent decision-making, cost discipline, and schedule transparency across multiple projects and FEL stages.

Manage engineering document control across project phases: registration, versioning, distribution, archiving, and readiness for stage-gates. Support selection and implementation of an EDMS/DMS, define standards and workflows, maintain templates and registers, assist audits, train users, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

The Senior Business Manager partners with leadership to drive divisional priorities, improve organizational effectiveness, and manage financial and strategic processes while ensuring effective execution across initiatives.
