Provides high-level administrative support to Cruise Division executives, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, office operations, budgets, vendors, onboarding, and confidential information. Coordinates sponsorship deliverables and supports social media and content workflows, including asset gathering, post scheduling, brand consistency, and engagement tracking. Serves as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, external partners, and shared services.

Leads corporate communications strategy, executive messaging, media relations, internal communications, employee engagement, crisis preparedness, brand and digital communications. Advises senior leaders, manages external stakeholders and communications vendors, supports organizational change initiatives, and partners cross-functionally across operations, HR, sustainability, legal, government relations, and business development. Tracks communications performance and strengthens the company’s reputation across internal and external audiences.

Coordinates rail and truck shipments supporting port, terminal, trans-loader, and customer supply chain operations. Responsibilities include shipment planning, scheduling, vehicle loading, boxcar ordering, railcar way-billing, status reporting, documentation, inventory reconciliation, WMS updates, and customer service responses. Provides backup support to other logistics coordinators and monitors shipment fulfillment.
