Leads contracting and customer relationship management across the Global Containers portfolio. Owns contract lifecycle governance, performance reporting, renewal support, customer business review frameworks, and commercial tools. Partners with Commercial, Operations, Legal, Finance, and IT to align contractual commitments with operational delivery, risk management, margin performance, and customer priorities. Serves as the business owner for contract management platforms and drives process adoption, data quality, and capability development.

Provides high-level administrative support to Cruise Division executives, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, office operations, budgets, vendors, onboarding, and confidential information. Coordinates sponsorship deliverables and supports social media and content workflows, including asset gathering, post scheduling, brand consistency, and engagement tracking. Serves as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, external partners, and shared services.

Leads corporate communications strategy, executive messaging, media relations, internal communications, employee engagement, crisis preparedness, brand and digital communications. Advises senior leaders, manages external stakeholders and communications vendors, supports organizational change initiatives, and partners cross-functionally across operations, HR, sustainability, legal, government relations, and business development. Tracks communications performance and strengthens the company’s reputation across internal and external audiences.
