Owns procure-to-pay processes across the Systems business, ensuring timely purchase orders, supplier confirmations, deliveries, inbound receiving, stock transfers, and data accuracy. Leads operational supplier engagement, supports supplier setup and assurance, monitors performance, and drives continuous process improvement using Business Central data. The role supervises a Supply Chain Coordinator and works with procurement, quality, warehouse, shipping, and finance teams. Based in Bristol and Midsomer Norton with hybrid flexibility and occasional overseas travel.

Leads SRT’s internal IT function, team, managed service providers, corporate technology estate, support operations, budgets, projects, suppliers, identity and endpoint management. Oversees Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows and Mac devices, networks, business systems, asset lifecycle, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and IT service performance. The role also owns corporate IT security controls, contributes to Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 assurance, develops technology roadmaps, and reports service, risk, cost, and progress to senior leadership.

Own the roadmap and delivery of edge systems for maritime surveillance and fisheries monitoring. Integrate radar, cameras, radio communications, AIS, and other sensors while partnering with data science and machine learning teams. Define features, requirements, user stories, and product concepts; collaborate with customers, stakeholders, developers, UX/UI designers, and suppliers; present solutions; and train customer support teams. The role is based in Bristol with hybrid flexibility.
