Supports end-to-end project controls for marine technology implementation in Indonesia. Responsibilities include schedule planning, dependency tracking, progress reporting, financial forecasting, purchase order tracking, audit support, contractual milestone compliance, documentation management, risk and issue logging, and process improvement. The role coordinates with project teams, stakeholders, delivery partners, and UK-based support teams while providing administrative assistance to the General Manager and PMO Manager.

Process customer sales orders accurately from entry through dispatch using ERP or MRP systems. Coordinate with finance, production, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, sales teams, customers, and dealers across global regions. Track stock, lead times, delivery schedules, and order progress; resolve customer queries; prepare works orders, pick lists, and dispatch documentation; and assist with stock administration.

Coordinates product compliance, certification, and verification testing for marine electronic products. Responsibilities include planning test schedules, liaising with laboratories and certification bodies, arranging testing and purchase orders, supporting field and site tests, maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, and reporting certification status and risks to project stakeholders.
