Develop new concrete sales opportunities, build customer and contractor relationships, guide projects through the full sales cycle, and coordinate with leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control. Represent SRM Concrete at networking and community events while delivering strong customer service, solving problems, and supporting team success. The role involves local travel to job sites and customer locations, independent scheduling, and use of CRM and office technology.

Implements and improves enterprise cybersecurity across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include identity and access controls, security control implementation, vulnerability management, incident response, SIEM and threat monitoring, risk metrics, security architecture evaluations, and executive reporting. The engineer collaborates with infrastructure, application, IT, and business teams to integrate secure configurations, strengthen resilience, evaluate emerging threats, and support continuous improvement of SRM’s cybersecurity program.

Operates the scalehouse and supports daily administrative operations by issuing accurate truck scale tickets, maintaining cash and COD records, answering customer inquiries, coordinating aggregate dispatch, and assisting loaders, haulers, and quarry management. Provides customer service, verifies weights and products, performs data entry and reporting, supports quality-control duties, and maintains scalehouse equipment while following safety regulations.
