Lead small engineering teams to plan, track, and deliver software and hardware-integrated experiences (HoloLens/gaming). Create sprint plans, manage tasks and schedules, coordinate cross-functional groups, run bug triage, remove blockers, and align short-term work to long-term product goals.

Lead mobile architecture and technical quality for internal and external apps. Provide technical leadership, design oversight, development guidance, testing and support, mentor mobile engineers, ensure UI/UX standards, and integrate mobile apps with middle-tier/web systems (.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript).
