Assist civil engineering design teams with roadway and infrastructure layouts, plans, reports, studies, contract documents, and project cost estimates. The intern will work up to 40 hours weekly during summer, with part-time school-year scheduling available. The role is based in Minneapolis and may lead to full-time employment after graduation.

Supports project controls for transportation and infrastructure construction projects. Responsibilities include reading civil plan sets, performing quantity take-offs with OST, developing production-based estimates, assisting with CPM schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, generating schedule reports, and potentially supporting field construction administration and surveying. The role offers potential full-time employment after graduation.

Process and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports, code GL entries, prepare check and ACH payment batches, reconcile vendor statements, prepare 1099s and sales/use tax returns, assist month-end close, support audits, maintain AP documentation, and provide AP-related client support. Use Deltek Vantagepoint/PAT and ERP tools.
