Process vendor invoices, code and route payments, prepare check and ACH batches, review expense reports, reconcile statements, manage journal postings, prepare 1099s and tax returns, support month-end close and audits, resolve discrepancies, maintain AP documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role also provides internal and external client support and backup fixed asset accounting.

Plans, analyzes, and evaluates transportation systems, including intersections, traffic signals, roundabouts, corridors, freeways, and transit systems. Responsibilities include traffic data collection, simulation and modeling, signal timing, multimodal safety evaluations, travel demand modeling, dynamic traffic assignment, transportation analytics, management plans, benefit-cost analysis, and technical documentation. The role supports transportation projects for state, county, and city clients.

Assist civil engineering design teams with roadway and infrastructure layouts, plans, reports, studies, contract documents, and project cost estimates. The intern will work up to 40 hours weekly during summer, with part-time school-year scheduling available. The role is based in Minneapolis and may lead to full-time employment after graduation.
