Travels to assigned hotels to fill Sales Manager vacancies and provide sales support. Manages client accounts, prospects for group and catering business, negotiates rates and event agreements, conducts property tours, tracks sales activity, reviews funnels, supports revenue goals, and collaborates with hotel operations. Provides sales training and administrative support while maintaining client satisfaction and meeting company policies.
