Deploy and customize AI-powered search, RAG, and knowledge solutions for enterprise customers across Singapore and APAC. The role involves integrating structured and unstructured data, developing LLM-powered applications, optimizing search relevance, supporting cloud and on-premise deployments, troubleshooting production environments, and advising customers. The engineer collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams while managing multiple technical engagements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data connectors and integration frameworks that ingest and normalize data from enterprise systems and third-party platforms. Implement authentication, rate limiting, incremental sync, error handling, and observability. Deliver application integrations into collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack), create reusable SDKs/frameworks, and collaborate with product and engineering to produce reliable, maintainable integration solutions at scale.
