Lead and grow Squirro's engineering organisation, own the technical roadmap with the CTO, drive delivery and operational excellence, bridge engineering with product and business stakeholders, and push innovation in AI, knowledge graphs, search and distributed systems.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll implement and support AI-driven search and insights solutions, ensuring successful delivery and customization for enterprise clients. Involvement with technical consulting and deployment in hybrid environments is key.

Partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to design, demonstrate, and scope Generative and Agentic AI solutions. Lead technical POVs and demos, translate business needs into scalable architectures, extend platform functionality with Python components (orchestrators, RAG pipelines, prompt frameworks), advise customers on AI adoption, and feed product/engineering with field insights.
