Own GTM help request queue, triage and resolve stakeholder tickets to SLAs, administer and configure Salesforce (users, security, custom objects, validation rules), build reports/dashboards, ensure data quality, support GTM integrations, test and roll out features, and partner with revenue teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Lead and grow SQUIRE's Data organization as a player-coach, owning long-term data architecture, building reliable Snowflake pipelines, setting standards for modeling and data quality, hiring and budgeting for a 5+ person team, partnering cross-functionally, auditing integrations, and enabling AI/LLM use cases while remaining hands-on for high-risk technical work.

Lead cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, develop project plans and timelines, manage scope and risks, coordinate stakeholders, report progress to leadership, capture lessons learned, and improve PMO processes and tools.
