Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and building talent pipelines. Lead recruitment process transformation, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement. Manage culture-fit assessments, employer branding, candidate experience, and stakeholder communications. The role also supports hiring-manager training and requires frequent partner-site travel plus monthly international travel to London headquarters.

Own and support the My Account digital product roadmap, discovery, backlog, and lifecycle management. Partner with operations, customer experience, marketing, partners, engineering, and global product teams to improve self-service customer journeys. Use customer feedback, KPIs, and experimentation to prioritize work, define measurable outcomes, guide solution design, manage risks, and deliver scalable experiences that improve engagement, retention, satisfaction, and support efficiency.
